	MAX FANG, Chairman & CEO
	Mr. Fang is the major founder of the firm ( MCM ) - Maxima Capital Management, Inc. He founded MCM in May of 2002 and raised the first fund at US$55M fund size. Prior to MCM Mr. Fang had worked for Dell Computer for eleven years with which he was the first employee in Taiwan who pioneered, established and managed Dell’s Asian Pacific Supply Chain management organization ( 1990 – 2001 ); prior to Dell Mr. Fang had worked for several multinational corporations ( GTE, RCA, Atari, Wyse ) accumulating 13 years experience in procurement and logistics. Mr. Fang received his B.S. degree in Management Science from National Chiao Tung Univesity in 1975; and joined the EMBA program of National Cheng Chi University in 1998.

	TOM SUN, Senior Consultant
	Tom Sun joined Motorola in 1986. Since 2005, Mr. Sun has been the Chief Representative of Motorola China Region. He has worked in the States, Taiwan and China mainland for many years, accumulating rich experience in customer management, quality management, human resources development, consultancy and asset management. His prior positions in Motorola include Sector Director of Motorola Communications Sector in USA from 1986 to 1993, Corporate VP of Logistic Operations at Motorola Asia from 1993 to 1997, as well as President and Chairman of Motorola Taiwan Region from 1997 to 2005. Before joining Motorola, Mr. Sun had worked at St. Paul Company and Zenith Electronics for 8 years. Mr. Sun graduated with a master degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois State University and a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the Feng Chia University in Taiwan.

	JAMES KAO, Senior Consultant
	Mr. Kao developed extensive knowledge of institutional banking, investment management, project financing and corporate finance developed at the China Development Industrial Bank (CDIB), Worldwide Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (WSMC), and Chiao Tung Bank.‧MBA, National Taiwan University‧B.S. in Management Science, National Chiao Tung University

	JESSE SU, Senior Consultant
	Mr. Su, an IT and CE veteran, has 30 years experience in operation management, product development and manufacturing establishment. He was Board Director and General Manager of Capetronics (1975 ~ 1998) which was the leading ODM manufacturer in display, power supply and peripherals industries. He established various factories in Taiwan and south Asia. Mr. Su was Chairman of Foxlink Peripheral (1999 ~ 2005) which was listed at TSEC in 2005. Mr. Su had B.S. degree of Electrical Engineering from Tatung Institute of Technology in 1975 and received a year of graduate study at Illinois Institute of Technology in 1980.

	DAVID TAI, Vice President & Partner
	Mr. Tai joined Maxima in 2001 as a Vice President and a Partner of the firm. From 2000 through 2001, David was an Investment Manager at Walden International where he was also a member of the Global Internet Committee. Prior to joining Walden, David was with Compaq Computer where he led the solution team in competing large projects involving CIM and ERP and earned the top salesperson and numerous other awards. Prior to that, David was as the International Marketing Manager at Worldcare International, a telemedicine company based in Boston. He began his career at TSMC where he led a team to establish the CIS system and to improve production efficiency. He was granted a US patent and has published two papers. David holds an M.S. in technology management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Control Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University.
